BuildSSO gets you into the workspace
Google and Microsoft single sign-on let you use an existing provider account to authenticate with BuildAria. Choose the provider on the login or signup screen, sign in with that provider and return to BuildAria.
For a new company registration, complete the company details and accept the terms. BuildAria then follows its trial registration flow. Returning users continue to their existing workspace when their account is recognised.
A mailbox connection enables email features
Signing in with Google or Microsoft does not, by itself, connect your mailbox for sending business email. That connection is made separately inside BuildAria, through Email Accounts settings.
Choose the email provider, review the permissions requested and complete the provider’s consent flow. The mailbox connection supports email features in the application; it has a different purpose from verifying your identity at login.
Use the account you intend to connect
If you use multiple personal and work accounts in your browser, check the selected address on the provider’s screen. A successful provider login is not enough to confirm you selected the intended business mailbox.
- Confirm the address shown during sign-in or consent.
- Complete any company registration step after returning to BuildAria.
- Connect the mailbox from inside the correct workspace.
- Check the connected account before sending a customer message.
If the flow does not complete
Record which provider you chose, the page where the problem occurred and the wording of the error. Contact BuildAria support with those details and the time of the attempt. Leave passwords, access tokens and full callback URLs out of your message.
A sign-in problem and a mailbox connection problem can have different causes. Telling the support team which action you were attempting helps them investigate the right flow.
